Pushed PR #569 head 39413caca8083ba3ad10c7e8f2da9b55fd94b3a8, including main 8ac593927dfe4d3f7faed0e73bff5cbc364c8b3e. Keep the PR open, draft and unmerged, with auto-merge off. The full #544/#542/#543 goal remains active and all eleven acceptance rows remain open. Feature/production/merge readiness is not established.

Added separate actual mutating foreground cohorts for small ordinary SQLite/HTTP. Current zero/15 ms fixed-RPC runs verify seven/nine SQL UPDATEs and readback, versus zero from the original existing-basket lookup callback. Full writer-promise/all-admitted p95 is about 1.75/1.82 ms. Physical final readback and ordinary quiesced catch-up pass. Every observed write finishes inside the copy; no actual late-completion case is claimed. Source532 focused result: two pass, zero fail, seven selected out, 42 assertions; root4, 61 CI contracts, explicit benchmark/transitive types, docs/facts/contracts and all original pre/postimage/actual drains pass. Parent531 complete HTTP file: nine pass, zero fail, zero selected out, 298 assertions; all40 builds and packed consumers pass. The final metric correction changes only an excluded benchmark test, so those production build/package inputs are inherited explicitly, not claimed as a repeated full532 build/pack run. Original seven case bodies/oracles/limits are byte-exact. No production runtime/API/schema/wire/default change.

The actual issue/spec/code audit confirms missing authenticated remote cross-view quiescence integration. Version-one same-view snapshot resumption and local journal hooks do not supply it. Coherent source revision, durable completed-copy state and fresh destination data/schema/session/primary validation are required. Preliminary observations are DATA, not retained source handles or authority, and must not ACK a later separately captured dataset. Both directions and complete incremental/tombstone/content-reuse/primary-reconciliation scope remain; a smaller no-change fast path cannot substitute for the full program. Source inventory now records this explicit gap: 24 families, 108 references, 85 referenced files and 1,255 changed paths do not prove completeness.

Two original large portable import expiry failures, native performance, remaining native/browser/large sustained writes, full final-source backend/system/platform/fault/recovery/consumer/provider/property/mutation/conformance/artifact qualification, measured budgets, successful current CI/analyzer and qualified review remain. Last completed Sonar530 remains ERROR with 3,123 findings, zero added/resolved keys versus529. Existing policy remains; private policy memo unapplied. No shared mutation runners, 97 identities, seeds, scores, gates, profiles, statuses or baselines changed. Earlier failures and corrected private compiler-inclusion/generated-freeze preflight errors remain evidence.

Network-ops master bbdc3b387f23dff01f8477853f4900cada345b30 is pushed and equal to origin/master; dossier and checkpoint status-20261017T124426Z-foreground-write-checkpoint are committed. PR body and owned status comment are updated and verified. All owned process/container/sleep-inhibitor groups drained, own qualification VM stopped, peer/default resources and shared Docker context preserved, and six unrelated Ops files preserved. No merge, publication, deployment or funding. Release this turn's temporary handle; unfinished #569 ownership remains recorded on the held PR.
