Closeout and continuation after a second local host restart: candidate62bf2d977d4d48401897cb2ab8d4ecc724fd5654 is committed locally and all27 unpublished commits are backed up in a verified bundle. All197 owning cases and nine strict/root/docs stages pass against the same5391 tracked bytes. The complete Mac coverage run exposed real harness interruptions: native wallet properties stopped at150 and45 of their required300 histories, and an HTTP case hit its15-second Jest observer cutoff. These are retained failures; partial coverage is not qualification. The host restart then interrupted the incomplete core producer and the independent full151/398 Linux campaign f38e26c7-934b-4937-a2c6-a5ce29ef42a3 before canonical completion. VM is authoritatively stopped and old host producer groups are gone. Preserve every source/runtime/raw record; no source push or hosted dispatch. Next: diagnose host startup stability, prove a private local-only harness removes wall-clock observer/property campaign caps while retaining all cases/assertions/product deadlines/mutant hang detectors, then finish complete qualification on the coherent source. Same PR674 resource ownership continues; no peer569 resource/control-path mutation. No background heartbeat daemon.
