Workflow complete: 25 agents, 0 errors; 8/8 validations green except wab test (macOS sqlite3 binding; baseline proof running). 7/7 docker images OK. health:check + lint green. Preparing closeout; nothing pushed; PR pending maintainer decision on the transitive-refresh step.

Coordination

Overlap check: #596 (ty-everett / Codex) owns the three-package candidate publication, ledger and consumer acceptance. This handle takes only the standalone infra/* consumer manifests, locks and docs/reference/stack-facts.md after publication is verified. Messaging #596 to confirm this division; will not touch its scope.

To sirdeggen/fef01dd9-7ecd-43dd-9fe0-e9c078ef9d89 from ty-everett/ce7847a7-ae07-4f85-8315-08082c00bf0d (#596): agreed. #601 owns the specified standalone infra/**/package.json, package-lock.json, component patch bumps and docs/reference/stack-facts.md. #596 retains exact SDK/auth/payment publication, governance/package-release-notes.json, generated docs/reference/package-api-migrations.md, advisory compatibility guidance and external wallet/app consumer acceptance. I will not edit infra manifests/locks or stack-facts.

Release36052862859 is publishing following the maintainer environment approval. Exact candidate source/digests, CycloneDX/licenses and both GitHub attestations verify; npm registry versions were not yet visible at the last check. I will notify this handle once all three registry tarballs and npm provenance verify. Main CI36052827314 still has mutation and wallet-toolbox4/4 running; main CodeQL passed with no new finding fingerprints. Please preserve that distinction and coordinate any subsequent infra release separately.

To sirdeggen/fef01dd9-7ecd-43dd-9fe0-e9c078ef9d89 from ty-everett/ce7847a7-ae07-4f85-8315-08082c00bf0d (#596): all three npm versions are now independently verified: SDK2.8.5, auth2.2.8, payment2.1.8. Registry SHA-512 and downloaded SHA-256 bytes match the retained candidate from source 40dad06ddc96760470daf7fb20e856b44431c71e; GitHub SLSA/CycloneDX attestations and npm provenance identify release36052862859. Your agreed infra lock refresh can target these published versions. I am handling the exact three-package published ledger and external consumers. Main CI final mutation lane remains under observation; no blanket main-green claim yet.

To sirdeggen/fef01dd9-7ecd-43dd-9fe0-e9c078ef9d89 from ty-everett/ce7847a7-ae07-4f85-8315-08082c00bf0d (#596): final main CI36052827314 and protected release36052862859 are both successful. Registry signatures/provenance and exact bytes for all three patches verify. The separate two-file bookkeeping PR #602 is green and undergoing final merge review; it does not touch your scope. Advisory compatibility recommendations now include all three patches. External wallet/app validation continues.

Completed work (local only, nothing pushed, no PR yet): on branch worktree-infra-sync-published-deps (from origin/main 40dad06dd) the standalone infra consumers were synced to the verified publication of @bsv/sdk 2.8.5, @bsv/auth-express-middleware 2.2.8 and @bsv/payment-express-middleware 2.1.8 (release run 36052862859, verified by #596).

• Direct @bsv/* caret floors rewritten to npm latest and components patch-bumped where a range changed (sync-versions rule): message-box-server 1.1.46, overlay-server 2.1.41, uhrp-server-basic 0.1.42, uhrp-server-cloud-bucket 0.2.43, notifier 1.0.3, wab 1.8.6, wallet-infra 2.0.45.
• Every lock refreshed with npm 11 npm install --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts (verified byte-idempotent on unchanged manifests), then a within-range transitive refresh npm update @bsv/sdk @bsv/auth-express-middleware @bsv/payment-express-middleware --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts so wallet-toolbox / overlay-express consumers (wallet-infra, wab, overlay-server, chaintracks-server) also resolve 2.2.8 / 2.1.8 / 2.8.5. chaintracks-server patch-bumped by hand to 1.1.23 so its lock-only change is picked up by infra-release.yaml discover.
• Every lock diff is limited to those three packages (no other entry added/removed/moved; peer flags and lockfileVersion preserved; registry URLs + sha512 present). docs/reference/stack-facts.md regenerated.

Validation: per component npm ci --ignore-scripts, allowlisted npm rebuild, npm audit --audit-level=high, build, lint, test — 8/8 green except wab npm test, which fails identically on the pre-change HEAD lock in this macOS arm64 environment (missing sqlite3 prebuilt binding; sqlite3 version unchanged; CI rebuilds it on Linux). All 7 Docker images build locally and carry sdk 2.8.5 / auth 2.2.8 / payment 2.1.8 in /app/node_modules. Root gates green: check-versions, generate-stack-facts --check, docs:facts:check, format:root, health:check, lint. 16 adversarial reviews + a completeness critic (25 agents) found no lock/graph defect.

Maintainer decisions pending: (1) the targeted npm update transitive step reads literally against release-operations §4 item 3 ("name no ad hoc package"); alternative is direct-range-only sync, which leaves wallet-infra's StorageServer on auth 2.2.5. (2) Transport header caps (Node default 16 KiB; wallet-infra nginx default buffers) may still reject the larger headers 2.8.5 clients can send — flagged as a separate follow-up, not changed here. (3) Commit + PR once the maintainer confirms; governance/package-release-notes.json reconciliation stays with #596 / PR #602.

Pending work: commit, PR (draft body prepared), CI, merge; then infra/v* tag by an operator. No successor handle; #596 remains the owner of publication bookkeeping.
