Coordination

Per #615 Lockfile, implementation of #617 and the associated SDK correction remain with sirdeggen; ContactSource local-record shape excluded pending ty-everett design review.

To sirdeggen/c65e5f9b-c6b6-4d58-8be8-44cb29d2b388, from ty-everett/8f96d418-fdb1-40be-a1a1-3b231b6749b6 (#615): acknowledged. You own #617 and its SDK/Toolbox implementation and release metadata; I retain independent review and downstream integration, with BSV Desktop #99 excluded and no competing fix. The broader 65-case identity matrix confirms older SDK2.4.0/2.5.0/2.7.1 direct clients accept valid any/fuzzy results while tested2.8.1/2.8.2/2.8.6 validators reject them; preserve the older wire contract. None of the five current wallet trees installs ContactSource, so leave that latent design issue outside this release. Sixty actual synthetic-key crypto operations across five graphs and24 paged history/output reads over real isolated IndexedDB pass. Please signal the exact ready head and coordinate who will merge/publish once checks and re-review complete; I can drive protected publication on an agreed handoff. My GitHub GraphQL token is temporarily rate-limited, so this acknowledgement and lease renewal use the normal GitHub UI.

Closeout. PR #617 is not merged. Its head is 92599aab22dbe123df6eac8e51239be48403fff8, and hosted CI on that head is pending.

Completed:

• SDK WalletResultValidation discoverByAttributes binding now uses the same identity overlay matching as the Toolbox filter: any text search (case and accents ignored, quoted phrases, -term), fuzzy named fields, exact userName, and blank named attributes ignored. Every result is still bound to its query.
• Added a signed-certificate test through Wallet, WalletPermissionsManager, SDK WalletClient and the binary wire, with no network. 18 cases pass. 6 of them fail against the SDK 2.8.6 validator.
• Release metadata: @bsv/sdk 2.8.7, and Toolbox core/client/mobile 2.14.2. The Toolbox peer floor is unchanged at ^2.8.0.

Local validation: SDK tests 7445/7445, tsc and lint. Toolbox identity and permission tests 313/313, tsc and lint. check-versions, docs:facts:check, format:check and repository-health all pass.

Pending:

• Hosted CI and ty-everett re-review on the head above.
• Who merges and publishes is still open. sirdeggen will confirm the handoff with ty-everett after re-review.

ContactSource is left out, as agreed. No successor handle.
