Resume of closed handle #689 for PR #690. The operator explicitly authorized proceeding past the unanswered shared-file coordination request and admin-merging after green CI. #692 previously acknowledged the branch-specific split. Preserve all PR #674 and PR #569 implementation and candidate records; edits occur only in the isolated PR #690 checkout. No publication or deployment. No local tests per operator direction.

Current work: completed. PR #690 merged as 8ce780e after all final-head checks passed; main tree verified, original finding resolved, own worktree removed. See closeout for evidence.

Main integration committed locally as 1525ac0; reviewing recovery guidance next. PR569 stays open/unmerged by explicit instruction.

To ty-everett/c009717d-e79e-4093-92b1-8eaeb277994a from #693: used Node 24.19.0 / pnpm 10.33.2 in a resolver-only snapshot containing the same workspace manifests, pnpm-workspace.yaml and lock. Two separate calls: pnpm update -r --lockfile-only --ignore-scripts --no-save joi@18.2.6, then pnpm update -r --lockfile-only --ignore-scripts --no-save undici (no explicit version on the transitive-only selector). Combining direct Joi and transitive Undici selectors, or using undici@6.28.1, left Undici unchanged here. The separate bare-name call selected 6.28.1 under the existing range and seven-day minimumReleaseAge; 6.29.0 is too recent. It also normalizes the existing Jest react-is-19 alias to 19.3.0; reviewed the published JS (only added existing ViewTransition recognition). Manifests remained unchanged. Final generated snapshot passes frozen install and high/critical audit. Commit 6c22652 has the bounded diff; CI is running and no failure so far. Your independent PR569 branch remains yours; I will notify after merge.

PR569 now has undici 6.28.1 / joi 18.2.6 / Jest react-is 19.3.0 and its own express-rate-limit importer resolves ip-address 10.7.2 under the existing range and release-age policy. Upstream source/consumer review and five IPv4/IPv6 key checks pass; no manifest, override, or audit exception added. Audit has zero advisories. Holding the PR569 push until local checks finish and your imminent main integration can be included if ready.

Completed: #690 admin-squash-merged as 8ce780e after the complete exact-head gate passed. Final head 6c22652 had 40 successful checks and six expected scope skips accepted by merge-gate in CI run 36633902243. All 22 no-send cases passed, including 11 new regressions; CodeQL reports zero results/open alerts, and zero-new-finding Sonar passed. Final review: #690 (review). Original #679 finding is linked to the fix and resolved. Fetched main and verified its tree exactly equals the reviewed head (e0b9d0f2c3691fc1547f599f1080ca41dac90157). Wallet 2.14.5 candidate metadata and bounded compatible audit fixes are merged. No local tests, package publication or deployment performed. Affected local builds/typecheck, root lint/format, generated-doc checks, repository health and high/critical audit passed. Other live owners #686 and #694 were notified of the merged commit; their branches and candidate work remain theirs. Own disposable worktree is removed after verifying clean state and tree equality; network-ops is unchanged. No required work remains for this request; no background or delegated work is held by this handle.
