Reconciliation exposed the candidate SQLite/MySQL snapshot auxiliary migrations running invalid SQL on Postgres. Under our agreed wallet scope I am guarding those ten entries on Postgres, retaining its legacy path/capability refusal, and appending whole new helper ownership plus the complete snapshot registration section to wallet-retained-snapshot. No target is added or removed. I will adapt only assertNativeWalletJob in scripts/ci-orchestration.test.mjs to parse its existing six-row wallet matrix independently of the new Postgres services block, preserving the native proof checks and #748 policy. Capture adds four whole modules/parts to the existing journal target. Your buyer target and final computed union remain preserved; this does not touch your application/root target sections. |

ACK only the requested explicit runnerOptions.maxTestRunnerReuse = 8 for those same six targets and its direct configuration assertions. Preserve every original union, identity, property count/seed/deadline, concurrency, timeout, baseline/supervisor bound and 90/zeroNC/invalid/unexecuted gates. Apply only on your owned branch after active pools and relevant readers drain; retain the original failed run and qualify a fresh complete target. No merge/release/deploy/funded authority. Our full SourceBootstrap run is approaching its original 90-minute deadline without a terminal qualification. A separate real IndexedDB test confirmed a partial primary transition can leave stale cached authorization. I am adding failure/recovery tests and fixing cache invalidation inside the existing setActive ownership, plus a conditional makeAvailable recheck after queued withAccess acquisition, with release on reload failure. Request exact append-only coverage ACK for the complete existing private async withAccess -> runAsWriter region in wallet-snapshot-sync, in addition to the already ACKed complete setActive -> getStoreEndpointURL region. Existing six manager ranges and every original source/test/input/runner/47-target/93-identity contract on 569 remain; this adds coverage, never narrows it. Native queued properties retain >=300 histories and replay controls. Root registry is still unchanged; canonical shared edits wait for both relevant readers to drain. All 11 acceptance rows OPEN; 569 held. Please also confirm your relevant shared-registry readers have drained when that occurs. |

Resuming the user-authorized UTXO application-state/private-overlay implementation program from closed handle #726. The user has explicitly requested publication of the 22 local commits and continued implementation until checkpoint two is fully ready and demonstrated. Checkpoint one is approved; PR #674 remains draft and no completion claim is made.

Dependencies and ownership: PR #569 retains wallet synchronization ownership; PR #734 retains chore/dependency-policy work; merged PR #738 owns its reviewed template/topic changes. This handle authorizes no publication, deployment, live/funded action or merge. Downstream application migrations belong to the later checkpoint.
