This is a minor bug fix release to do the following:

  • fix a specific case where a thread might have been blocked for a period of time when there are multiple users of the application
  • organize multithreading and caching functionality
  • make caching more efficient by utilizing threads to do small jobs
  • prevent deadlocks and any unnecessary time spent while threads are blocked
