Kochab v1.0 - Network, bounded

Kochab is an honest, human-in-the-loop job search that runs inside Claude, shipped as a set of Claude skills. It finds roles that actually fit, tells you the truth about the ones that do not, tailors your materials without inventing anything, and leaves every send in your hands. No auto-apply, no scraping behind logins, no fake confidence scores.

v1.0 completes the whole search, from discovery to offer to network:

• Recurring resume-based scan with transparent six-part fit scoring and honest gaps
• Anti-boilerplate cover notes, tailored resumes, and study plans
• Interview prep across formats (screen to panel to onsite)
• A pipeline tracking every parallel application, its next action, and timing
• Follow-up momentum that never pesters
• Stage guidance and references handling
• Offer handling and negotiation
• Rejection recovery, clean withdrawals, and a light funnel read of your own search
• Bounded, intent-gated network matching from your own contacts (never scraped)
• An adjustable coaching dial over all of it
