What it does

• Menu bar: a paperclip icon with a count of items waiting on you.
• Panel: status, search across tasks, agents and projects, Open Board, Metrics and Talk, Start/Stop for
  Paperclip and your model servers, a scrolling "Waiting on you" list, and active agent runs.
• Board window: the Paperclip UI in its own window, opening to your chosen page.
• Metrics window: completed tasks, lead and work time, cost, and tables by agent, model and project,
  with CSV export.
• Notifications for new blocked tasks, reviews, approvals and agent errors, once each.
• Talk (macOS 26 or later): dictate a task, check it, and create it in Paperclip.

Requirements

A Mac with Apple silicon, macOS 14 or later, Paperclip running on the same Mac, and a Paperclip board API key.

First open

PaperclipBar is not notarized by Apple, so macOS asks you to approve it once: System Settings › Privacy &
Security › Open Anyway. See the README or the user manual for the full steps.
