Claude Enterprise seats show their monthly spend, and the dashboard and taskbar flyout follow the Windows theme.

Added

• Pick Light, Dark or Auto for the dashboard. The footer's theme toggle is now a Light / Dark / Auto menu. Auto follows the Windows theme as it changes, window frames follow the chosen theme instead of always being dark, and every open window picks up a change. Thanks to @jayn2u.
• The taskbar flyout and provider icons follow the Windows theme. The flyout was always dark. It now has light and dark palettes and follows a live theme change. Thanks to @jayn2u.

Fixed

• Claude Enterprise seats show their monthly spend. Enterprise accounts have a monthly spend limit instead of a 5-hour window, so the tray and taskbar showed "Unavailable". They now show a Monthly spend meter with the amount used against the limit. Fixes #513. Thanks to @gavira-iag.
