Adds an optimized 720p video and matching poster to the Concepta homepage hero. Applies a subtle blue wash, legibility gradients, and a bottom fade while preserving a static reduced-motion experience. Scopes the full-bleed background to the Concepta page and prevents horizontal overflow. Validated with pnpm test:site and pnpm build.
