BTX 0.34.14

btxd -version prints v0.34.14. P2P subversion is /BTX:0.34.14/.

Three consensus checks begin at mainnet block 244000. Below that height they stay compatible with 0.34.12.

  • A 32-byte HTLC preimage is standard policy now and a consensus rule from block 244000.
  • Recovery-proof verification joins the shielded block budget at 244000.
  • From block 244000, a MatMul header that has only passed the compact-target precheck cannot become the best header. A fully validated body can still lead. A qualified GPU digest mismatch stays a retryable local failure.

On the first run of this binary: snapshot bootstrap uses the checksum-verified local manifest, an unset -reorgpolicy stays legacy (-reorgpolicy=bounded keeps the 0.34.13 ceiling), free-grant uses are single-use, and encrypted wallets store PQ descriptor seeds as ciphertext.
