Windows Port — v1.2.0

• Updated Bubilator88Core to version 1.8.0.
• Two packages are now provided: a self-contained single-file edition and a smaller edition that uses the shared Windows App SDK runtime and the installed .NET 10.
• The Quality AI model is now downloaded on demand instead of being bundled.
• Added 88PAR cheat codes with bundled presets and a Cheats menu.
• Added an update notification: the app checks for new Windows releases at launch (at most once a day), and Help > Check for Updates... checks on demand.
• Added a 4:3 aspect-ratio scaling mode for full screen.
• Windows can now grow past the display at large scales, as on macOS.
• The last frame is repainted on resize, full screen and filter changes while paused.
• Save states now restore the memory wait setting and the extended RAM size.
• Fixed the second and later save-state loads losing the mounted disk set.
• The SharedRuntime ZIP now starts from a small Bubilator88.exe launcher at the top; all application files stay in the app folder.
