Refactor of demo user account creation and management. It includes the following changes: - Added `findDemoUser` function to find a demo user based on provided criteria - Added `updateDemoUser` function to update the demo user with specified updates - Added `createDemoUser` function to create a demo user account - Updated `handleDemoUserAccount` function to handle the creation and management of the demo user account
