Skip chapters cli option
--chapters already lets you define which chapters to include and is very powerful, but it can become a bit cumbersome for some usecases.
Example: all chapters except chapter 1 and chapter 15.
To improve usability, I added a new option --skip-chapters that works together with --chapters and supports the same format.
Example:
ttsforge convert .\test.epub --chapters "1-45" --skip-chapters "2,16"
Google Docs Note
It is noteworthy here, that epubs exported from GoogleDocs documents always have a first chapter that is nothing but a link to the entire document. As a result, if you don't want to have the whole epub contents twice in the audio, for GoogleDocs exported epub the --skip-chapters "1" option should always be used.
