This is a modified version of Refloat 1.2.1 where the speed limit is hardcoded to 20 km/h.
Using this package could potentially make a Onewheel road-legal in some countries where a non-app-configurable speed limit of 20km/h is required. (The legal stuff is up for discussion...)
Hardcoded values:
Pushback speed threshold = 20 km/h
Pushback angle = 8 deg
Pushback rate = 3 deg/s
