The `environment-memory` skill (craftsman-plugin/skills/environment-memory) records OS/shell/tool quirks so they are never re-derived, and it is listed as a value-prop row in the README. But docs/use-cases.md only has four worked scenarios and does not cover it.
Task: Add a fifth scenario in the same style as the existing four (a "Before / With craftsman" narrative), showing a Windows/PowerShell (or similar) quirk being discovered once, recorded, and reused in a later session.
Good first issue because: self-contained, docs-only, and the existing four scenarios are a clear template to follow.
