Hook Support & Developer Experience

New Features:

• Hook lifecycle support: attach hooks to accounts, contracts, and
  transfers with HookMetadata, HookCall, HookCallMode, and
  HookStorageEntry types
• UpdateHookStorageAsync for managing EVM hook storage
• Hook parameters on CreateAccountParams, UpdateAccountParams,
  CreateContractParams, UpdateContractParams
• HookCall allowance support on CryptoTransfer, TokenTransfer,
  and NftTransfer
• 20+ new ResponseCode values for hook operations

Documentation & AI Tooling:

• llms.txt and llms-full.txt for AI-assisted SDK discovery
• API cookbook (docs/api-cookbook.md) quick reference
• 11 runnable sample projects covering all major workflows
• Updated DocFx tutorials index with complete tutorial listing
• DocFx configuration updated to serve llms.txt files

Protobuf Updates:

• Updated upstream hedera-protobufs (hook_types, hook_store,
  basic_types, contract_types, response_code, transaction,
  smart_contract_service, history types, event/gossip protos)
• Removed deprecated hook_dispatch.proto and lambda_sstore.proto
• Added block stream protobuf definitions

Housekeeping:

• XmlDoc cleanup across 170 source files
• Fixed DocFx directory casing in README (docfx -> DocFx)
