Add Docker/Container build definition

Add Docker/Container build definition and some minor changes.

docker run --rm -v $PWD:/inout bugre/pcap2mpegts \
      --yes                                      \
      --logfile /inout/mycapture.pcap            \
      --outfile /inout/mycapture.ts

stable after add ip and udp dest port filtering

Stable release after adding mcast group ip and destination udp port filtering capability, to extract specific stream from a multistream capture file.
