docs: reframe PRODUCT.md around the durable product identity#133

- favicon is now the pixel-grid chevron mark (crispEdges, #c27eff) - invite page uses the brand mono stack instead of system mono - GalleryTile thumbnails render as real <img loading=lazy> so long grids stop fetching offscreen thumbs - signed-in surfaces consolidate onto 11/12/14px type steps - homepage install footnote drops the docs/source links the site footer directly below already carries
Swap the smooth-stroke chevron in Brand.tsx and its Brand.astro mirror for the crispEdges pixel-grid mark (token fills preserved), matching the new favicon and the Geist Pixel wordmark. Drop the mark's CSS border-radius: the pixel frame carries its own stepped corners.
- login h1 'Sign in to uploads.sh' -> 'Sign in' (lockup sits right above) - compact footer drops the leading 'uploads.sh ·' on card pages - install section: heading drops 'click to copy' (the buttons say so); skill row loses --skill uploads-cli (the package may ship more later); skill + mcp nest under 'uploads install', which runs both; footnote shrinks to the access note
The first draft described the current deployment moment (named the developer as the primary user, framed access mechanics) rather than the product. In a public repo that reads as an internal tool, and as strategy it would steer design work toward single-user assumptions. Reframed: developers + their agents as the user base, open-source hosted service as the shape, success as a durable thesis. Also fixes a formatter-mangled anti-references bullet.

Feedback-driven rewrite of PRODUCT.md (introduced in #127). The first draft was too tied to the current state: it named the developer as the primary user, described access mechanics, and framed the project as an internal tool — wrong for a public open-source repo, and as design-strategy input it would steer future work toward single-user assumptions (no onboarding, no empty states, polish optional).
Reframed around what's durable:
No behavior changes; this file steers /impeccable and future design passes.
