Drop the decorative blinking-cursor line from the hero terminal and consolidate the put output to a single narrative line. Replace the dashed SVG placeholders in the attachments-comment mock with a real before/after pair (the releases.sh mobile header overlap fix), cropped to matching 16:10 thumbnails.

Two small revisions to the home hero (per Zach's request):
uploads putoutput into a single narrative line: Uploaded for branch feat/nav - auto-comments to pull request when opened. The demo copy stays intentionally human-readable rather than mirroring literal CLI output./preview/hero-{before,after}.webp, ~4–6 KB each). Placeholder-specific CSS (.ph) is replaced by a plain.shotimage style, and the section drops itsrole="img"wireframe label in favor of real alt text.Verified against a local production build (
astro build+ wrangler preview), sinceastro devdoesn't servepublic/assets in this setup.
