chore: add an auth status command for to show whoami output#670

We're aiming to centralise `auth` related commands so that users (and LLMs) can more intuitively interact with the CLI. The current `whoami` command at CLI root doesn't follow the typical conventions and patterns we want to utilise; `bk <thing> <action>`
