First public alpha. Bump the workspace version 0.1.0-alpha.0 -> 0.1.0-alpha.1
and add the 0.1.0-alpha.1 changelog entry: the CLI lifecycle drop-ins +
native commands (pull, grind tree, pour, dial-in, tap, wrapper), the
lock-aware resolver and content-addressed cache, the barback daemon
(bundled), roastery, Maven 3.9/4.0 compatibility, and the
supply-chain-hardened release artifacts (reproducible Linux binaries, macOS
Developer-ID signing + notarization, cosign keyless signatures, SLSA L3
provenance, CycloneDX SBOMs).

Framed as an early alpha — validated on a limited set of projects, not yet
hardened for the diversity of real-world Maven builds.
