Hồ Khắc Huy

Full-Stack Software Engineer

I help small automation, RevOps, and AI implementation agencies pressure-test one client workflow before handoff—especially where duplicates, silent failures, retries, or unclear recovery can turn a working demo into an operational failure.

Based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Available for focused freelance milestones.

Start with one workflow

48-Hour Workflow Handoff Check — USD 249. For one n8n, Make, webhook, or API path due for client handoff within 14 days, I return a failure-risk map, one contained fix when safe, success- and failure-path evidence, and rollback notes. Scope is agreed and funded before work starts; no production credentials or unnecessary client data are accepted.

Selected engineering evidence

A runnable Python reliability sample with a deployed HMAC-protected ingress, bounded inputs, payload-free structured logs, durable local SQLite evidence, duplicate and conflict handling, bounded retries, safe replay, recursive redaction, CI across Python 3.11 and 3.13, and 42 contract tests.

Independent sample with fictional inputs and a simulated CRM—not client work or a production outcome. The deployed ledger is scoped to one request; durable cross-request idempotency is not claimed.

A responsive release-review interface backed by a deterministic acceptance evaluator, explicit blocked-state logic, source-contract checks, unit tests, browser tests, accessibility behavior, CI, and a live demo.

Independent sample with fictional release data—not a client deployment or measured result.

Upstream maintainer acceptance

python-docx-ng PR #131 fixed quote-safe style lookups by binding XPath variables across explicit and latent-style paths. The repository owner independently tested mixed quotes, injection-like input, save/load round trips, namespaces, and variable composition, then merged it after calling it “exactly the fix”.

What I can own

  • Workflow reliability: Python, webhooks, n8n, Make, validation, idempotency, bounded retries, recovery evidence, and safe handoff.
  • Full-stack delivery around a defined acceptance contract: Next.js and React interfaces, application logic, data flows, tests, and release checks.

Broader build context

My hands-on software and automation work began in August 2023. It includes an independent Next.js and TypeScript sales-practice product, a workforce-attendance application for a VinFast operation, Odoo and spreadsheet reporting workflows for MAST, and human-reviewed outbound automation. Private projects are named only for context; I do not claim employer relationships, deployment scale, or business outcomes that I cannot publicly prove.
