  with the Moshi-style progression while keeping Keyboard at the far right.
• Replace the Session details disclosure and floating terminal controls with one compact header menu for Find and
  text size.

Fixed

• Preserve the software keyboard's open or closed state across terminal keys, the D-pad, and Files; only Keyboard
  and Chat may intentionally change it.
• Detect Claude Code and Codex working, input-needed, background-work, and completed-turn states from current
  provider signals, with distinct request and completion alerts that fire only on real state transitions.
