Fixed "Empty provider response" error by returning proper OpenAI error format (400 status) when model is not configured
Users now get a clear error message explaining how to configure their model

Added model alias support at request time - use opus-4.5 or sonnet-4.5 directly as model names
No need to map o3=opus-4.5 anymore, just use the alias with your Claude API key
