• Resolve every catalog-declared provider:model selector through its explicit
  provider instead of falling through to auto or Ollama. Provider names in
  std/config are now generated from the provider catalog.
• Keep the hosted documentation complete and navigable: the site build now
  rejects missing navigation entries, pages, and anchors, and split language
  specification pages rewrite cross-chapter links to their owning page.
• Correct the language specification and quick references for the shipped
  const/let binding scheme, including const destructuring.
• harn serve api now mounts its advertised live-session client lifecycle and
  active-task steering routes through the canonical ACP and VM session owners.
• Generated protocol artifacts now publish constant-based ACP dispatch methods,
  including collaborative plan mutations, and fail closed when a new dispatch
  constant is not registered.
