  • significant speed improvements, rpm now finishes e2e in <2 sec for simple functions
  • significant scalability improvements:
    • rpm doesn't struggle frequently until 500+ cpus (struggling = e2e runtimes of ~10sec instead of 2)
    • input queue popping overhead significantly reduced to around 50ms (time between inputs on single cpu)
  • removes all currently non-functional features (gpus, etc)
