Release v1.0.12

Fixes disabled services remaining discoverable through service groups, makes on-demand services self-heal missing registrations after restarts, and prevents uninstall races from recreating removed services. Improves remote MCP OAuth discovery diagnostics and allows more time for slow metadata endpoints.

Also includes complete stdio traceback preservation and synchronized heartbeat options.
