    • ComposableError capacity pre-allocation: Added exact capacity hints for tags/metadata Vec collections in fingerprint computation to prevent reallocations

    • ComposableError hex formatting optimization: Replaced format! macro with pre-allocated String + write! in fingerprint_hex() to reduce allocations

    • ErrorPipeline retry context optimization: Added static lookup table for numbers 0-99 in with_retry_context() to eliminate heap allocation for common retry counts

    • RetryOps max_retries optimization: Added static lookup table for numbers 0-99 in max_retries() to eliminate heap allocation for retry hint metadata (22.9% improvement in retry/transient_success)
