Redshift compatibility follow-up patch release.

Fixed

  • Redshift
    queries using AT TIME ZONE no longer fail with Failed to recover query visualization.
  • Redshift now
    reuses the PostgreSQL-compatible preprocessing path for PostgreSQL-derived time and literal syntax.
  • Added release guards for adjacent Redshift syntax in the same compatibility family, including :: casts,
    type-prefixed literals, and mixed time-expression queries.
