Built-in tools from FinalPersonalizeR.patch (compiled into this binary)

• /distill (distill_session): deterministic RSI — scores the session on the rubric and, if it clears >=75/100, saves a reusable skill to ~/.config/opencode/skills/learned/ (auto-discovered next session).
• /schedule (schedule_task): deterministic qm-style background crons in a plain JSON store; export emits crontab/schtasks lines for unattended runs.
• /council (council): multi-model council — fans a question to several models directly and combines them by strategy (council/compare/debate/moa/router/consensus/arena). Configure models in ~/.config/opencode/council.json or per-project .opencode/council.json.
