Changes

  • Automatically switch to Apple Intelligence for better translation on macOS 26.4+ if available

Requirements

  • Mac with Apple Silicon
  • macOS 15.5 or newer
  • System audio permission when prompted
  • Internet connection for the first-launch model download (and for cloud translation providers, if enabled)

Install

  1. Open Mimidasu-1.1.0.dmg and drag Mimidasu to Applications.
  2. Launch Mimidasu and follow the onboarding to download the ASR model.
