Enhance token refresh and cookie handling

Added logic to `RefreshToken` in `BaseAuthController` to retrieve the refresh token from cookies if missing in the request body. Updated `RefreshTokenRequestDto` to allow nullable and empty refresh tokens.

Implemented secure `refresh_token` cookie storage with `Secure`, `HttpOnly`, `SameSite=Strict`, and configurable expiration via the new `GetCookieExpirationTime` method.

Upgraded `EasyVault` dependency to version 1.0.10.
