GUI updates and bugfixes

Dropdown for selecting floating point format.
Counter added for counting failed read/write operations.

Saving polling bit

This release contains bugfixes, a counter that counts how many requests that has been received, measurement of response time, ability to change the pollrate and a textbox that displays all the polled data concatenated into one string.
The save format is slightly changed, but is backwards compatible.
