Bug Fixes

• Keep .log association valid when the exe is renamed or moved
• Re-check for updates when the mode changes, not only at startup
• Show notice bar on the home page too, not just the log viewer
• Commit font-size on release so the slider doesn't jump under the cursor

CI / Build

• Also publish a version-less portable exe
• Sign installers and publish latest.json for the updater
