Update build with newer versions of packages

Updated versions of dependencies in the pom.xml file to reflect library updates.

Enhanced Button parameters and updated hub connect

Added parameters for button press to have it's own delay and count. Also, updated harmony-java-client to v1.1.0 to fix authentication issues.

Added multiple button press feature

Previous version, v0.1.5 build was broken. Added multiple button press feature.

Added ability to execute multiple button presses

Added the functionality to send a data stream of json with multiple buttons defined in one call to the server.

Add development mode for app

Development mode allows the server to only run the rest api and not communicate with logitech or the harmony. Useful for testing applications that will talk to this bridge.

Update build to publish correct jar file

This rebuilds the package with the correct verions and now includes the CORS handling from certain browsers.
