v1.2.0 — Full internationalization

The plugin now works on any WordPress + WooCommerce shop, in any language.

Highlights

• English base language — all user-facing strings (PHP + JavaScript) use WordPress i18n with the icecat-category-mapper text domain
• Danish translation bundled (da_DK .po/.mo) — loads automatically when the site language is Danish; a .pot template is included for other languages
• Shop-specific labels replaced with generic WooCommerce category; the "Danish name" field is now Localized name and follows the Icecat language configured under Settings
• Log and date columns follow the site's date format setting
• Locale-independent (no category) sentinel in the unmapped table (translated at render time only), with automatic migration of old rows on upgrade
