v0.3.4 - Improvements

Added the ability to reorder the layout of devices on the home page via pencil icon
Filtered out "This device" from the list since we can now navigate local device file system from the "Local Files" tab on the bottom navigation bar.
Addressed some more moto_freezer restrictions to allow the app to better run the ongoing notification (was showing service paused). Hopefully that is resolved and only seems to be Motorola at the moment.
