Major REFACTOR

What's Changed

This rewrites the XmlUtil class, breaking into two new classes:

• XmlDocument
• XmlNode

Changes:

• There is no static methods XmlUtil::...
• Several methods renamed
• There is no from --> to guide.
• To start to work you need to create a XmlDocument:

$xml = new XmlDocument(string|\DOMNode|File|XmlNode|null)

Then you can use the methods.
