What's New ✨

🛠 For Administrators

  • Live Data Dashboard: The Admin Menu now features a real-time list view of all registered Users and Classes.

  • Delete Capabilities: You can now delete selected users and delete selected classes directly from the UI, removing the need to manually edit CSV files.

  • Refresh Button: Added a "Refresh Lists" button to sync the dashboard with the latest database changes instantly.

  • Enhanced Student Profiles: When adding a student, you can now optionally input their Full Name, which will appear in attendance reports.

📊 For Lecturers

  • Attendance Trends Graph: A new "Show Trend" button generates a 14-day line graph using matplotlib, allowing you to visualize class attendance performance over time.

  • Excel Export: Class attendance statistics can now be exported to a formatted Excel (.xlsx) file. If Excel is not available, the system gracefully falls back to CSV.

  • Interactive Reports: Exported files now automatically open in your default spreadsheet application (Excel, LibreOffice, etc.) upon generation.

  • Detailed Views: The "View Attendance" table now displays the student's Full Name alongside their username for easier identification.

🎓 For Students

  • Export History: Students can now download their entire personal attendance history as an Excel file for their own records.
