Highlights

• @byline/ui — refined the shared prose typography stylesheet (prose.css), substantially simplifying the cascade by trimming redundant per-element overrides and tightening spacing and vertical rhythm. Anything rendering long-form content through the prose styles (documentation pages, richtext output) picks up cleaner, more consistent typography with no markup changes required.

All other @byline/* packages bumped to 3.13.1 in lockstep with no behavioural changes this cycle.
