What's New in v1.6.0

Clean Caches Screen

Tap "Clean Caches" in the hero card to open a dedicated screen. Toggle between Safe Only and All (Including Risky) mode. See exactly what will be cleaned, with risky cache warnings listed separately.

Clean Projects Screen

Tap "Clean Projects" to select which project artifacts to remove. Checkbox selection with Select All / Deselect All, filter by staleness (>30 days), and Remove Selected with total size.

Redesigned Hero Card

The hero card now shows the total reclaimable space across all categories with a color-coded segmented bar:

  • Green = safe caches
  • Cyan = project artifacts
  • Red = risky caches
  • Orange = trash

Project Sort Options

Sort project artifacts by Size (default), Date, or Name in the Projects tab.

DMG Improvement

DMG now includes Applications shortcut for easy drag-to-install.

Download: ClearDisk-v1.6.0.dmg below (Apple Silicon, macOS 14+)

After installing, run in Terminal: xattr -cr /Applications/ClearDisk.app
