pLDDT color for Ligands

Hi,
It seems that the pLDDT value doesn't match pLDDT colorbar for ligands. There is only one pLDDT value for the whole ligand, while there is one pLDDT for each residue. What's the way that protenix calculates pLDDT for ligands ?

@wangjiawen2013 Thanks for your advice. I think this color matching problem is just a problem of the granularity of the annotations. I have reported the color issue to the relevant front-end developers.
