I am testing a scanner for whether coding agents can choose, install, and safely use developer tools from public docs.
UI-TARS Desktop seems like a strong fit because desktop agents need especially clear permission, safety, and use/avoid boundaries.
Would a short public score and suggested docs patch be useful here?
