Feature request to add a new metric for connection failure count #443
Description
The existing metrics do not include a connection failure metric in escaper. We need a connection failure metric to allow us to detect a serious connection issue. For example, when a mTLS client certificate expires, we should be able to see a significant increase of connection failures.
