chore(migration): prepare ByteFolk GitHub coordinates

Summary

• move the CI badge, public repository links, CLI documentation links, and homepage CTA to bytefolk
• add the migration to the unreleased changelog
• preserve all @fullstack-ai-infra/* package identities

Cutover gate

This PR prepares the repository for the organization handle cutover. Do not merge before the rename window.

Validation

• locked Prettier 3.9.6 check on all changed files — passed
• git diff --check — passed
• old GitHub URL/API/raw/SSH owner-coordinate scan — 0 matches
• stable npm scopes — retained
• full lint, test, collaboration/CLI builds, Next.js build, Playwright, and Docker checks — delegated to GitHub CI because they require the repository's full dependency and service matrix

Rollback

Before cutover, revert this commit if the rename window is cancelled. No package identity or online repository setting is changed by this PR.
