Base Implementation V1

This base version of the time optimisation model. It is derived from v6.7 of Agnirath Start implementation. Model also uses a solar data emulator.

Usage

First run python model.py which creates a rundat.log for plotting
Then run python plot.py to actually plot out the found velocity profile.
