Add GitHub UI release sync workflow

Enable releases to be created through GitHub's web interface while
maintaining automated version management:

* Add release-sync.yml workflow triggered by GitHub releases
* Fix detached HEAD issue by explicitly checking out main branch
* Add version sync check to avoid unnecessary commits
* Automatically sync version from release tag to package.json and plugin file
* Build and attach kpz file to the release
* Support both command-line (npm version) and web-based release workflows
* Update README with comprehensive documentation for both methods
* Add CHANGELOG entry for version 2.6.2 (TBD)

Maintainers can now choose between:
- Command line: npm version + git push --follow-tags
- GitHub UI: Create release with vX.Y.Z tag format

Both methods ensure proper version synchronization and automated builds.
