Added

• create_chat_router(request_factory=…). The chat router can now map the
  incoming FastAPI Request into the per-turn request= mapping that
  ChatAssistant.stream accepts (e.g. the authenticated user for
  ACL/identity-aware runs). Without it the turn runs with request=None, as
  before — existing callers are unaffected.
